Janice Petteway has been a top producing agent in Central Florida since 1989, when she decided to turn her hobby into a real estate career. She is the Team Leader of Janice Petteway's Extreme Results Team, which assists buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals with such a a high rate of success that most of Janice's business comes through referrals from satisfied clients. In 2006, the Extreme Results Team was named “Top Real Estate Team in Florida” at the Exit Florida Awards Ceremony.

Janice and her husband, Trevor Olson, are the owners of Exit Real Estate Results with offices in Longwood, Winter Springs and Orlando, Florida. Janice chairs the Orlando Regional Realtors Association Professional Standards Committee and is a past chairperson of the Ethics Committee.
